Welcome to sanarhealing.com (the “Site”). We fully respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit valid takedown requests through our designated DMCA Agent listed below.
As an internet service provider, sanarhealing.com operates under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions, which offer protection from certain copyright infringement claims when proper procedures are followed.
Notice of Infringement – Filing a DMCA Claim
To submit a valid, good-faith DMCA infringement notice, the requesting party must provide the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed or disabled, with information sufficient for us to locate it (such as the exact URL).
- Contact information for the complaining party, including full name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number (if available).
- A good-faith statement that the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or by law.
- A statement of accuracy, confirming that the information provided is true, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner—made under penalty of perjury.
Please note that Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil penalties, including damages and attorney fees, on individuals who knowingly misrepresent information in a DMCA notification.
Submission of Takedown Notices
All DMCA takedown notices must be submitted through our Contact page.
Email submissions are recommended for faster processing.
By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge and agree that your identity and the details of your claim may be shared with the alleged infringer as required for compliance.
Counter Notification – Request to Restore Removed Content
If you have received a notice that content associated with you has been removed due to a DMCA complaint, you may file a counter notification to request content restoration. Your counter notice must include the following, as required by 17 USC §512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the content that was removed and the location where it originally appeared.
- A good-faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
- If you reside outside the United States, you must consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which sanarhealing.com may be found.
Counter notices should also be submitted through our Contact page, with email preferred for quicker processing.
